You can place an order directly through our online store or contact us directly if you’d like assistance placing an order.

Which coast and time zone is your primary warehouse located?
Our primary warehouse is located on the East Coast of the USA. Our business hours are located on EST time zone.
Is there a shipping cut off time from your primary warehouse?
Please place any same day orders with our primary warehouse by 3pm (15:00) EST.
How long does it take to receive orders?
If stock is in stock at our primary warehouse it can ship same day.
If stock is with one of our distribution partners shipping normally happens in 4-6 business days.
If stock is shipping from a manufacturer allow 10-14 days to receive your order.
Due to worldwide chip shortages please ensure any new equipment is in stock before placing an order though reaching out to sales@connectivitywarehouse.com.
How long does it take to receive licencing?
This is vendor dependant however we generally recommend allowing 2-4 days for renewals to be commissioned and activated.
When will this FAQ be complete?
